Bail, Police Bail,  Police CourtIf you have been charged with a Criminal Offence in NSW the Police will initially decide whether or not to grant you bail from custody at the Police Station. If the Police think Bail should not be granted you will be brought before a Magistrate who will make a final determination on whether Bail is granted or not.
