Weapons Prohibition Act 1998

Schedule 1 of the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998 lists all Prohibited Firearms which includes:

• machine guns
• self-loading rifles
• pump action shotguns
• shotguns adapted for military purposes
• any firearm with a silencer or device to muffle or reduce the noise of the firearm
• sawn-off shotguns
• Smith & Wesson 257 revolvers
• the Berretta Tomcat
• Colt pistols
• Glock pistols
• Tasers
